Dallas’ Crescent hotel and mixed-use center is about to undergo a $62.5 million renovation — Crescent Property Services LLC company is planning to spend $27.5 million to upgrade the 1.3 million-sq-ft mixed-use shopping center and offices located at the intersection of McKinney Avenue and Pearl Street in Dallas’ upscale Uptown district, and Rosewood Crescent Hotel will undertake an additional $35 million worth of renovations and upgrades on the hotel/spa/club.

The Crescent building is one of the most beautiful hotels and commercial real estate facilities in Dallas, and it’s going to be interesting to see what these renovations will do for it!
Also, you can figure that the renovation will also translate into additional real estate value for the other properties located in the immediate vicinity, over time.
